Hey family! I have arrived in Villahermosa just fine. We got here late last night at around 9pm. The president is super nice and very fun to be around. It is very very humid, but its not that much warmer than Utah. I think I will survive. The food is.... different and will take some getting used to but other than that, things are alright. This is going to be very difficult.

We had the opportunity to talk with Alex twice; once at SLC airport and again in Houston where he had a 6 hour layover. We learned that once they arrived in Villahermosa, the mission president was expecting 4 elders but there were 9 on the plane. He stayed in the mission home for two nights.
